REVIVE

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION CLASSES

4:00 p.m. IST  (30 min- 45 min)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

12 classes a month. 

This class brings holistic pranayama and meditation practices together to help you stay grounded in chaos. By channelizing our energy through mudras, kriyas and bandhas, we create balance in the pancha prana, pancha tattva and seven chakras that exist within us. Students are also introduced to 28 different pranayamas that help regulate the breath, revive the prana and rejuvenate the mind and body. 

Together, we'll experience the power of the six-step Nirmal Dhyan Meditation, Chakra Meditation, chanting and beyond.
